So many ideal spaces for connecting with family inside and out, yet, large enough to have your own spaces to get away if you need to work in the office or take time for yourself. The parking pad out front and in the back were welcomed, as well. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs and Dan and Leslie were incredible hosts. They were great at communicating and everything was as listed - maybe even better. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly as pictured- beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully put together. It’s located in the cutest little neighborhood and was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. How far is it from Broadway and downtown Nashville?

About 4.7 miles: 10–15 minutes by car or rideshare. You're close enough for a night on Broadway and far enough to sleep on a quiet street.

How far is it from Vanderbilt University Medical Center?

About 2.8 miles, or 7–10 minutes by car. Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is about the same distance, and Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital is 1.5 miles (about 5 minutes).

How many people does the house sleep?

Up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms: two king beds, one queen and two doubles. There are 4 full bathrooms and a powder room.

Are taxes included in the price?

No. The calendar shows the nightly rate, cleaning fee and service fee before taxes. Tennessee state sales tax, Davidson County sales tax and county lodging tax (together about 17% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee) are added on the checkout page, where you see the full total before you send your request.
